Mr. Wagner is a professionally licensed engineer with over 30 years’ experience as a chemical and environmental engineer. Mr. Wagner has been providing technical support to NJDEP and has reviewed hundreds of stack test reports. He reviews stack test reports consistent with the NJDEP procedures and guidance, ensuring that the testing and analysis was performed in accordance with the approved protocol, test methods and field guidance.

Mr. Wagner has extensive experience in petroleum refineries and chemical plants having held various positions in engineering, technical support, and operations. He has been responsible for numerous environmental programs including SARA 313 reporting, hazardous waste handling, inspection of waste disposal sites, and facility stack testing.

Mr. Wagner has performed duties related to the maintenance of process equipment in oil refining facilities, management of air programs, ground water monitoring and hazardous waste in industrial and manufacturing facilities in refining and agricultural chemicals.
